5. AI-Generated Output and Disclaimers

The Service utilizes generative artificial intelligence models provided by third-party model hosts and vendors.

• No Guarantee of Accuracy: Output generated by artificial intelligence models may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, or offensive. Output does not represent the views or opinions of Moryq.
• User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy, suitability, and appropriateness of any generated output before relying upon or deploying it for any purpose.
• High-Risk Domains: The Service is not intended for use in high-risk domains where errors could cause death, personal injury, environmental damage, or catastrophic financial loss.

6. Plans, Credits, and Billing

Moryq provides access to AI capabilities through free and paid plans and usage credits:

• Pricing and Plans: Moryq offers free and paid access and credit plans. Current pricing, plan tiers, and included credits are presented in the official pricing interface and product billing section.
• Credit Consumption: Usage may consume credits according to the selected model, tool, or service specifications.
• Payments and Refund Policy: Fees and refund treatments are subject to the applicable purchase terms presented at checkout and mandatory provisions of applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

Your Content: As between you and Moryq, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and third-party model provider terms, you retain ownership of the prompts, text, and files you upload to the Service (“Input”) and the outputs generated for your account (“Output”).

Platform Property: Moryq and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, source code, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and branding.

8. Termination and Account Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a security risk to the Service or other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MORYQ OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.
