  • Usage and Telemetry Data: We collect system telemetry, including model selection, usage metrics, error reports, and connection timestamps to maintain system reliability and calculate account balances.
  • Security and Technical Identifiers: We may collect technical information such as IP addresses, browser user agents, and session identifiers to maintain authenticated sessions, protect accounts, enforce rate limits, prevent abuse, and support security auditing.

4. AI Providers and Upstream Processing

When you submit a prompt to an AI model, the prompt text and any active context attachments are routed securely through our server-side infrastructure to the corresponding model provider to generate a response.

  • We Do Not Sell Your Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or workspace content to data brokers or third parties.
  • No Client Provider Exposure: All provider API keys and credentials remain strictly server-side and are never exposed to user clients.
  • Temporary Chat Isolation: When you initiate an ephemeral or temporary chat, messages and uploaded attachments are processed in memory and leave zero persisted rows or files in our database or storage.

5. Data Security and Safeguards

We maintain reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration:
